Event #1: RUCKUS, REPEAT, RUCKUS is The Lab’s latest Poop Deck Project, a video art exhibition that explores the spectacular and dynamic dimensions of the digital art medium. Artists in this exhibition find artistic forms that engage with the widespread and fast-paced display of media in mass culture.

Site-specific painter, Jessica Stockholder, uses a variety of media to rearrange relationships between people and spaces. Formal, yet, open to chance, the crafted elegance of Stockholder’s painterly and lustrous works illuminate and vivify the spaces they occupy. Stockholder will participate in Embrace!
Individual lectures: $8 students, $12 DAMC members & artists, $15 DAM members, $18 non-members.
